Shipments

All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a new notification; delivery takes between 4 to 14 days.

Estimated Domestic Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed directly at the time of payment.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.  
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How to Check My Order Status?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the shipment status.  
Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@vitaexff.com, indicating your name and order number: we will check the status for you.

Tracking information is sent manually, or if the shipment was purchased through Shopify, it is automatically sent directly by Shopify.
